OTA Update(Rooted,Unlocked):Help! Stuck on Stock Recovery No Command

Help! My Cherry Mobile Flare S3 Power is stuck on stock recovery, it shows me an android with an open stomach and a red triangle with an exclamation point after an OTA (Over The Air) update from Android Kitkat 4.4.2 to lollipop. I am able to access the menu, it shows me this when I press the power button.

reboot system now
apply update from ADB
apply update from sdcard
apply update from cache
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
backup user data
restore user data

I can navigate with volume down and confirm with power up. I am rooted. I used to have a custom ROM and I returned to my stock ROM using ClockWorkMod and installed my phones stock recovery again, then i installed an OTA update. When it was done it said error, I tried to find the OTA update folder on the Sdcard but i didn't see anything, so I did a factory reset and wiped the cache partition and rebooted the system then it became no command. All my folders are still there but when i backup the data I see the exact size of the OTA Update file. I looked at the apply update from cache setting but I only saw folders. I can turn off the phone but can't remove the battery (non-removable). When I turn on the phone I see another logo (Nameless Porting Team instead of Flare S3 Power) because of my previous Custom Rom (Candy5), sometimes it opens but sometimes it reboots and I have to try again for it to go to stock recovery. I searched all over the internet but most of the solutions were for the Nexus Phones and Samsung Phones. Please help! I need to fix my phone because my parents will get mad at me and because my warranty is voided. I also have a NANDroid backup and i turned on the USB Debugging before doing the update.

Some of My Phone's Specs:
5.0-Inch HD IPS Display (720 x 1280 Pixels, 294 ppi)

Welcome to our AndroidForums, @HE1P.

Just a few questions / observations:

1. If you have indeed restored your stock ROM then you are no longer rooted (current version of Chainfire's system-less root notwithstanding)

2. If you have restored your stock ROM and/or recovery, then you would not be seeing the "Nameless Porting Team" logo--that tells me that you still have non-stock software on your device--something the OTA would not be happy about

3. An OTA (over-the-air) update pretty-much requires that ALL of the software/firmware on your device be stock since it will do cross-checks to make sure that it's not trying to update (patch) something that does not match what is expected.

I'm not at all familiar with your device or the Nameless Porting Team and their work so I can't give you any specific advice on how to proceed other than it sounds like you're going in the right direction (i.e., trying to get your device completely back to stock so you can install the OTA update--perhaps you should contact the Nameless Porting Team folks?).

Best of luck!
