Just got a new UPAD tablet and connected to my PC through the OTG port. The tablet screen says it is connected and when I push the button to access the storage (tablet's microSD card) the timer wheel just keeps going and going with no resolution. At the same time, my PC shows a new item on the Explore list of a removable card. But when I click on the Explore item, it gives me a message that I need to insert a removable card.
Any thoughts on why this connection will not finish?
