Hello.......... I have Android Mobile which does not support the OTG.... So what I do that my device will support the OTG... My device is KITKAT 4.4.2 OS 1GB Ram & 8 GB Rom MTK6582 1.2 GHZ.... Mobile Name is Huadoo Model V3 China

If the device software doesn't include OTG support that almost certainly is because the hardware doesn't support it. In the unlikely event that the hardware does then you'd need a new set of system software which included OTG, which would have to be built for the specific device model - there is no generic build or patch. But I'd not worry about that because it's unlikely that you have the hardware, in which case there is nothing you can do.

It's most likely a hardware thing, very little you can do if your device doesn't support it out of the box unfortunately.
Thanks for your reply my dear friend............... but i am facing very tough pressure from my customer whom using over 700 units of this model......... So why they will replace all devices against other.......

This is a cheapo phone, and you or the customer bought 700 of the things? If you want OTG support, will have to return them, and buy some phones that do.

Thanks for your reply but my customer is angry with me due to this problem.... they must needed the solution...

Yeah it's true that our customer using over 700 devices but they purchased during 1 year gradually...& that time were no need of OTG but now it is needed

Quite frankly your solution will be to buy new phones then, that definitely have OTG in them. And double check with wherever you're buying them, that they do indeed have it. It's very definitely a hardware feature.

What are you trying to connect? Maybe a Bluetooth or WiFi solution is possible?

Actually my customer want connect the webcam with this mobile& webcam has usb wire thats they have needed OTG....but OTG doesn't support this mobile.... so do you have any other option???? with using This mobile,???

I have checked bluetooth cams but not available.. wireless option not possible because how they will carry WIFI router in outdoor

Again, there is no other option other than to buy a new phone. It is not possible to add OTG to a phone that doesn't have it. It's a hardware problem.
