Help Ott Box 4k M8S

[Summerblue48]

So frustrated with this box. I am new to the Android box world. Everything worked fine e for abit now I can't get Netflix to work (error 0013)and YouTube doesn't work properly anymore either. No video only sound. I don't get how things work fine and now they done. I have tried many troubleshooting tutorials and none have worked.

This is for Netflix https://help.netflix.com/en/node/13689
I'd also clear the cache on the YouTube app. You will have to go into the settings bit of the box to do this

[NASTYSICK]

why would you use Netflix when you can use kodi for free?

Because paying for Netflix isn't stealing probably.
