Help OTT BOX problem

Hi, I've just purchased an OTT BOX I thought I'd set it up without a problem, it seems to work ok. My problem came when I set up to receive my subscription add on from Ruya tv, I set it up the same way as I did on my computer where it works normally, but on the OTT box after the set up to Ruya which uses a programme called XL I tried to access TV it won't connect with the server

Just a follow up on my own post, I got on to the supplier on EBay and they advised turning off the smart setting on my BT home hub, after following their advice the boc worked right away
