I have written several times and still have no working android box. I have been using 1Channel on my Kodi box to stream shows up until about 2 months ago. I just got the box in March, so it really only worked for me for maybe 2 months. I have tried to download the easy log viewer zip file per earlier instructions received. I was able to do so and had pages of log errors on the report but could not upload to send on for help for deciphering? How do I get rid of the log errors? Can I do this myself? An acquaintance with the same box, who experienced the same sort of errors just started to use another application rather than 1Channel. Will this work if I do the same? Which would you suggest? Barring that, is there any retail store that I can take this box to, to wipe clean of errors?
