Help Ott mxq box

Hi. I have an ott box that I was having issues with and I decided to reset. Now it has stopped working, I have tried the cocktail stick in the av port, unplugged and waited then plugged back in. It tries to reboot then show the mbox logo and nothing else. The remote won't work it.
Can it be fixed or is it a lost cause?

Lost cause. If it's still under warranty, return it for replacement.

Is there any thing recommend as better or that I won't have the same loss. Only had it 4 months?
