Help ott tv box

Hi i'm trying to upgrade Kodi on my new ott tv box.but I get this window saying for security,your phone is set to block installation of apps obtained from unknown sources. Please help thanks.

You can change this through settings> security and allow installation from unknown sources or you could download the latest update (Jarvis) without doing this, from Playstore

Hi I've just got a new box delivered from Amazon .. I've set it up and comes up with the same as above thread .. Also when I go into look for movies there is nothing showing .. As if there is nothing there at all ..
I'm not so great on techn and any help appreciated

If it's the same as the OP, then you need to go into settings, as detailed by @Pugs1957 i.e. allow the sideloading of apps.
