13 views in such a secluded section of the forum, im starting to think i have people watching my every post ;)

Well, even though it's a rather obscure area at the moment, searchers will land here when entering certain key words. Just "CWM recovery," etc. ;)

/That'd be good. Also if you could find some few ingredients to form any smell that be nice too. If you can convert electricity to do it I might even thank you.

No seriously, thanks for the ability to load custom unsigned zips on my phone. You're awesome shabbypenguin!!!

so I was having a little difficulty getting the recovery to stick.my phone is the i437p the Express go phone. So what I did was as soon as odin said pass I unplugged the USB cord and pulled the battery then did the three button combo to boot into recovery. That was the only way I could get the recovery to stick and able to root my phone. Then I went on an install CM 10 .2 and my phone is awesome. Thank you so much shabby.

Thanks for this! Motochopper was not working on my phone for some reason.

One thing I discovered is that for step 4 (for both recovery and root) you need to hold the home key in addition to the volume/power key.

Just curious if anyone is working on a reliable root method for the express i437p model because from what I have read rooting with the i437 files causes a lot of issues.

Unfortunately I guess something doesn't read right or I'm just doing it wrong. All I get is more than one device. I have only one device connected though. Tried the USB drive scan and get no such device.

I don't know if this is in the right place, I have the SGH-i437z- the Cricket model. I've been searching up and down the internwt for a decent recovery and still to this day haven't found one. Is there anyanything at all that you here on this thread can recommend?
