Same thing, it copied everyone from only two cell phones, I change the name of two of them,oh almost every time I do factory reset ,how do I clear out the contacts?

For Anyones wondering, I downloaded a windows app, that turned off the tags by accident Easily duplicate, I log into my account, and told me to highlight and copy the code, and made the tags into it, files, right click them on my outlook and deleted them.
