Help Out of memory

This Orange ZTE Blade drives me mad I get message that it is out of memory yet connecting it to my PC the memory card shows 23 Gb free. I quess its because its the phone memory that is full - is there a way out of this?
 
The only way is removing stuff from your internal phone storage. This can be done by just going into apps and choosing to move them over to the SD card, unfortunately though, without rooting your device a very small amount of apps are able to move there.

Otherwise start deleting stuff from internal storage that you do not need.
 
Anything that could be moved was moved long ago, I find most of them cant be moved. Stuff that I cant use such as FM radio wont even uninstall.
