Help Out of Space

Hi,
I have a customer who uses the Alcatel ONE TOUCH Fierce phone and they are constantly running out of space. We've tried moving apps to the SD card, but we are unable to do so because for every app, the "Move to SD Card" button is grayed out. We are now at the point where updates cannot run and email cannot be downloaded any longer as there is no space left. There is nothing spectacular stored on this phone. I am not sure why we can't move any apps to the giant SD card that my customer has purchased. Any ideas?

Factory reset or wipe cashe should fix ya up. If your still rooted , unroot or youll brick it for sure.

Was trying to avoid the factory reset. How do I wipe the cache?

I use an app called absolute system to wipe my cashe with. I am sure goggle playstore has more & newer apps to wipe cashe, dalvic, history, and app cashe and data that don't require root.
