Help Outbound POP authorization not working? Was on Droid X

Just got a RAZR this weekend. I configured my POP email just as on the my Droid X. Inbound works but OUTBOUND will not authenticate. I have verified password and settings.

Has anyone else seen this?

I am on 2.3.5
