Help Outgoing calls with Google Voice not working

I just got my GNex this morning, and set up the google voice app to make all outgoing calls. Only problem is that IT DOESNT. Anyone else having this problem? Is it an issue with the app and ICS?

Edit: Have tried all different outgoing call settings and none of them work.
