i am unable to make outgoing calls on my samsung galaxy ace 2. All i get is a white screen and then it doesn't connect the call. no problems with the network as i can receive calls.
Hello, can you please tell me what did you do to resolve the issue. I am facing the same issue in Samsung Galaxy S4. I tried to restart, power off, take battery ou and even upgraded the firmware thru KIES and the issue remains the same.
Hey, I have found the resolution for the issue. In my case I had recently installed another free calling software called Viber and somehow this software was set as default and cleared the default under - Settings - Application Manager.
