Help Outgoing files can't be send through bluetooth

Hello guys,

Since I rebooted my macbook I can't send files through bluetooth anymore. I am trying to send files from my Wiko's phone to my laptop and it keeps saying "file could not be sent" and "unsuccessful" in the notification bar. Though, I have no problem for incoming files, only for outgoing.

I tried to look around but the solutions I found were basics that I tried those already: unpaired and pair again, looking into settings, nothing works anyway.

Do you have another solution please?

Are you trying to use Bluetooth File Exchange?

Yes I went through it too and it was saying that my phone was correctly connected
