Outlook Activesync Email

Hello all, I am having an strange issue using activesync with my corporate email. I am able to connect to the server, and my calendar syncs. I can even send emails through my corporate account. However, I cannot receive emails. I've tried everything, could this be a problem with the exchange server? OWA works fine and like I said, I can sync my calendar and send, it's just that I cannot receive. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Do you have access to Outlook settings prompts? If so, I'm thinking your incoming settings may be misconfigured. Have a look here:

Let me know if I'm on the wrong track as to the problem, we'll get you going.

Thanks for the information. This is a corporate email, they already have a Microsoft Exchange email set up. Should I set this up in addition to that?

My Outlook gets incoming messages just fine. I'm trying to sync my Samsung Infuse with Outlook exchange server.

One additional piece of info. I can use DroidMail to get incoming emails, but I'd rather use the phones standard software.
