In the last month my outlook usage has gone through the roof from kb usage to over 300mb!!! I'm not doing anything different but have no clue why this should be.
Anybody any clues?

Outlook, as in Exchange Server? Check with the IT department.
Outlook as in Microsoft's webmail service? You're probably on your own there, but look at every single email you've received and see what kind of trees they're shoving into your mailbox.
