Outlook/gmail message sync issues

OK, so I have my corporate e-mail and calendar working but still having problems with my g-mail....

I access my g-mail on my pc via Outlook 2003. I don't seem to have a problem with my g-mail e-mails being delivered to my phone, but that is about the only thing that is working. When I delete them on my phone, I want it to delete them on my pc and visa-versa, it doesn't.

I also can't get my calendar from my personal Outlook to show up on my phone calendar. The calendar app on my phone is showing all of my business appointments from my Outlook exchange account, but I want it to also show my personal appointments

New user since Oct Gs II

I'm hooked into Ms exchange but I use chrome & create 2 user accounts & manage gmail from there. I get desktop notifications of gmail. I use calender for personal & business so no help there.I think gmail tasks are separate when added from phone. Not sure if this helps.
