I have no experience with HTC Sync but it may either require manual mapping or it may not support those fields.

There's a thread somewher on here where someone investigated the mapping between Android and Outlook and I think takeshi is right, Android doesn't support this field. But please 'search' and check.

I'd also use MyPhoneExplorer to do the sync. It's free and works, unlike HTC Sync some of the time.
