What do you mean "a list of overclaim"? If you mean a list of all apps that request permissions that they don't need then I'm with Danny: good luck with that! If you mean something else please explain.
As for "dangerous permissions", define "dangerous"? Anything with Internet access (which Google assume all apps can have with no way for you to deny it) and access to any data on your device is a potential privacy risk. Where do you draw the line?
