Ok,A few of you want to know how I'm able to get such high benchmark scores.
Let me mention a few things you will need to get high OC's and benchmark scores
1)Samsung Galaxy Precedent Smartphone.
2)32gb. Class 10 Micro SD Card.(Any Class 10 SD Card for better benchmark scores)

If your on AreaRom3.1(As it doesn't have the Task Manager to clear memory)
Now we can get started benchmarking.
Remember when benchmarking,You only want AnTuTu,SD Speed,& No-Frills CPU running while testing.
1)I do a quick clean up using Advanced Task Killer,History Eraser,& Memory Cleaner/Task Manager.
2)Then I start up No-Frills CPU Control & set to desired CPU Speed.
3)Then I open SD Speed Increase & set to desired SD Speed.(I find 3072kb. is a good setting with a Class 10 SD Card)
4)And then I start the AnTuTu Benchmark Test.
And there you go,You need to work with the setting in No-Frills CPU Control to get the best Benchmark Scores.
