Root Overclocking help?

So i just rooted my phone today and have already ran the OCLF and am enjoying it. but i wanted to know how to overclock and if it's something i should do to get the most out of my device. Thanks in advance

I used 'set cpu' found in the market. Seemed a bit buggy though. Phone would fly though! Give it a try.
