Help overheating problem Sony Xperia SP(C5302)

The phone's temperature sensor shows the temperature of the phone's battery. Because it's the phone's most sensitive component.

The Li-Ion battery's temperature upper limits are
for discharging up to +60C (+140F)
for charging up to +45C (+113F).

Does your phone exceed these limits?
