owa and reply

using http address with company name then /owa can see incoming emails fine but most of the time cant send reply email with error message that it has timed out ...using remote access for company exchange server

Is the account in the phone set up as an EAS account, a POP3 account or an IMAP account? It sounds as if your outgoing email information isn't set properly.

sorry I don't know my gmail account works fine with both send and receive its just the https://mail.companyname.com/owa that will time out and not work properly when I try and reply
