As far as I know, oxygen os isn't a custom rom although I could be wrong. It is the os that one plus decided to use to replace cm11s for the one plus one. Also, since your post is a question it should not have the [ROM] prefix.

Anyway @fino8129 I don't think Oxygen OS is a ROM where you can just download the source and build it like the other ROMs we have on here. Although it seems to be kind of like a custom ROM since One Plus is trying to appeal to people like us who like to root and install ROMs I'm guessing that they only release the kernel source while keeping the source for the rest of the ROM private like other OEMS do such as LG HTC Samsung etc...
will be nice to have one of the best dev here

I'm not really a developer. I just know a couple tricks that come in handy on cheaper phones like the zmax. @hroark13, @MonDillinger, and @Ethanbanker2428 are the real devs on here. Thanks though
