OnePlus are now in the process of updating the stock firmware for the 7th time in under 2 months, (not to mention the 2 Open Beta firmwares, todate).
The OxygenOS 9.0.11 update replaces the 9.0.10 update which caused a connectivity problem for Verizon users.
