Help P1010 Blank Screen issue

Hi,

I am having a blank screen issue lately, this happened to me 3 times already.

Galaxy Tab P1010 (Wifi Only)
Firmware Version: 2.2.1
Build Number FROYO.DXKC2

When I press power button, its just blank screen (black) and nothing appears on the screen, home button, back button doesn't lit up. So I had to hold the power button for 10 to 20 secs until all the buttons (menu, home, back, search) light up, then press the power button again to start the tab.

However, when the tab starts.

1. Lock Slider Missing
2. All apps are arranged alphabetically
3. Home button doesn't work
4. all configuration are reset

Here's the list of apps I usually installed.

1. Google Docs, Finance, Sky map, Reader, Translate, goggles
2. Google Plus
3. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
4. Wiki Encyclopedia
5. Astrid
6. AndFTP and AndExplorer
7. ConnectBot
8. Adobe Reader, Air, Flash
9. Barcode Scanner
10. Quick Mark
11. Yahoo Messenger, Skype
12. Merriam Webster Dictionary
13. TuneIn Radio
14. CNN

Anybody experience this? any solutions, please?
