Hi, I am receiving the following message when trying to install the 'Wolfram Alpha' app from the Google Play Store,
"Package File was not installed correctly. Uninstall the previous copy of the app and try again."
I did previously have an installed cracked version of the Wolfram Alpha app on my device but I uninstalled it through the play store and then bought the app through the play store straight after.
I am guessing the cracked app did not uninstall correctly and has left files then need to be deleted however, using a few different file browsers, I cannot find the app's folder and therefore cannot delete the remaining files.
Where can I find the files?
(I have turned my device on and off, still no luck
My device is an old Nexus 7 running 4.4)
