Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but why can't you see how many views your listing in the Android Marketplace gets? And how many unique visitors see your listing.
You would think Google, the company that provides such great analytics for websites and YouTube videos, would give developers more to work with!
Anyone have an opinion on this? Or, like I said, am I missing something really obvious?
To me, it would be really helpful to know data like this so I could tweak the text on my listing. It would also provide some quality control because active devs would monitor the information and update the listing to improve, and the quality of the marketplace page for real games/apps would be far greater than the quality of spammy apps.
