Paid App Query

Hi all,

Just wondering, if I buy and install a paid app on my phone can I also install it on my tablet or do I need to purchase the app again?

Just asking as I have an S3, but am contemplating picking up a Note 10.1 later.

As long as you use the same Google ID on the phone and tablet, you can get it on both devices with one payment.

There are a few apps with separate phone and tablet versions (Swiftkey is one). For these you'd need to buy both.

When you pay for an app, you can install that app on as many supported devices as you want, so long as the device is using the same Google ID that what used to pay for the app.
