Paid App Question

I am switching phones and want to download an app that was $15 to the new phone. If I have already purchased it with my google play account, will I have to buy it again with the new phone? Or will I be able to download it for free to the new phone since I've already purchased it?

It's a one time purchase. If you get a new phone you will not have to purchase the app again.

Purchases through Google Play are tied to the Google account you used to purchase it, not the phone. As long as you're using the same Google account, you're golden, you can even have it on the phone and a tablet at the same time.
