Google has a 15 minute time limit for refunds on parchased apps. However, many developers realize 15 minutes is not enough time to decide if you want to keep said app and will offer refunds after several hours or even days in some cases. After the initial 15 minutes though, you cannot get a refund directly through the market. You have to email the developer and request a refund.
