paid upgrade help

[Android Question]

I'm looking for someone to upgrade my Nexus 4 on T-Mobile prepaid to KitKat.

OTA upgrade fails. Phone has original OS and is not modified in any way other than installing common apps.

Any services to recommend?

Your TMobile store, for 2 reasons.

1) They can probably get it to take
and
2) If anything goes wrong, they have to do whatever it takes to fix the problem, up to and including replacing the phone.

(I wasn't aware that TM was OTAing KK yet.)
