Maybe wallpaper or drawing app.
If you pull down the notifications you should be able to see what app is producing it. Let me add "themes" to the list of possibilities.
(Usually pulling down the notifications isn't an option in these queries because they are about an icon in a screenshot from their partner's phone, where the person asking is afraid it's a dating app and doesn't have enough trust to ask the phone's owner. But unless you are worried about a very niche app for dating interior decorators I don't think that's the case here

thank you for the answer.... i think your answer is the best one so far. i am googling that icon for hours but couldn’t find it.
It kind of looks like a plug to me. Did you have something plugged in at the time? Or something that makes some kind of connection?
