I have a disconnected LG Verizon and would like to transfer pictures from this phone to my Motorola droid 2 by Verizon, the droid sees the LG but it says paired but not connected what would be the problem?

This shouldn't stop you from transferring files. In your lg, go to your file manager or gallery and try sharing a picture via bluetooth to your droid. but really if you have a lot of pictures, I would really recommend using a computer to transfer the pictures from the lg and to the droid via usb as it would be much faster to do them all at once.
