Palm keyboard to Note II

I would like to pair a PalmOne 3169WW "Universal" wireless keyboard with my Galaxy Note II. Can someone help me make it happen?? I love the device and love the keyboard - just want them to talk with each other!

The PalmOne 3169WW is not a Bluetooth device. It uses old infrared tech. So it is impossible to get it to work with any Android devices.

I could possibly be paired with a android device that has an infra-red... does the note 2 have an infra-red port?
