Help Palm Pre wifi hotspot for Galaxy Tab

Anyone currently using a Palm Pre Plus on Verizon as a mobile hotspot for the Galaxy Tab? I can get the Tab to see the Pre's hotspot and connect to it, but I can't get it to open web pages. Just wondered if there's a setting I'm missing.

Did you ever solve this issue? I just bought a wifi only Galaxy Tab and am having the same issue with my Pre.

I just purchased Tab. Like others, was able to get the Tab connected to Palm Pre but could not open web pages.
Had "chat' with Samsung last week and am now able to connect to internet & open pages. They had me go into the "browser" application settings to clear the cookies and to clear tha cache. So far it is working !

This seems to be the only nearly active thread any where on this. I have the Sprint Tab and Verizon Palm Pre. They see each other, but none of the apps receive data. Went to the browser and cleared cache and
cookies.

Anyone have any luck with this combination? Is there another place to clear the cache? Tab works on other wifi hotspots, secure and not. Other boxes connect to pre just fine.
