Palm Pre's Video Recording Was Better

My old phone, that piece of crap, had higher resolution .mp4, better audio and certainly better video recording properties. How come the HTC Hero doesn't?


It's a MUCH better phone and that's why I switched. Is there anyway to fix this?

You could try Camera FX from the marketplace. Loads of people say it makes the camera far better.

Take photos be touching and holding the screen, better than the trackball. Video is indeed poor.

The video recording resolution sucks!


Can an update in the future upgrade the encoding to like .mp4 and higher res?
