PandaHome

[Sweet Chaos]

Sorry if this has already been addressed somewhere. I searched but I wasn't able to find the answer to my question.

Exactly what IS PandaHome? I have been looking at different themes on the market and they all seem to need some kind of "home" thing to be able to work. PandaHome seems to be the most popular, but I don't really understand what it does. Does it just make themes compatible with phones or does it do other things? Also, I tried to find it on androlib.com and wasn't able to find it. Is it not an app? I'm confused =(

I don't like anything like rooting or anything that will really change the base of the phone so I'm nervous about downloading certain things. Thanks and sorry again if you've already answered this 100 times.

You'll find more info about it if you search for "91 PandaHome" instead of just "PandaHome". It's basically an app that replaces your home screen completely, with different icons, minor changes in how the menu looks, and whatever else the designer of a particular theme decides to change. I'm new to Android, so I dunno if it's got any serious problems, but I do use it. It'll take a little bit to get used to how much it changes a few things, but it's nothing severe.

The app's website is here: 91 PandaHome - 91 Softwares - PandaApp.com | Free Your Mobile Life
Lots of detailed information. I hear there are other really good theme managers out there, too, but I haven't tried any yet.

Thanks for the info =) I'll take a look at the site and see if it clears my clouded head up.
