Pandigital E-Reader and Market Apps

[pcdoctor50]

Hi there. Say, I have the Black Pandigital Novel 7" Tablet, however when trying to download apps it says I do not have permission. Pandigital released software and firmware updates to turn this E-Reader into a full tablet, however I still cannot download apps to it. Please help.
