Android Question

Okay, so for real, I have had this Pandigital tablet forever, and I want to start using it, to listen to music on pandora, and iheartradio, but I can't find a way to download the google play store anywhere, and or get the update for the firmware (Or whatever it is). Can anyone help? Any websites or any instructions would be extremely appreciated.
Thanks!
