Pandora continuously loading loop

Has anyone experienced the issue of Pandora continuously loading when not on a wifi connection?
There are some threads for different types of phones and one had a solution for sprint which involved setting HTTP PD proxy and Ports to '0'

I've tried what I read in other threads with no resolution. Netflix, TuneIn are working correctly, but Pandora is still stuck in a continuous loading loop. Pandora app will cycle through artist/song but never play.

tried so far:
1) reboot
2) uninstall pandora, reboot, reinstall pandora
3) reboot, uninstall pandora, update HTTP proxy to 0.0.0.0, HTTP Port to 0, reinstall pandora
4) reboot, uninstall pandora, update RTSP proxy to 0.0.0.0, RTSP Port to 0, reinstall pandora

pandora app displays v1.6 when starting.

i just tried pandora on a xoom tablet, evo 3D and 4G LTE all on wifi and was able to load all successfully.

i tried the LTE evo via cellular and was able to stream.

i removed sprints proxy settings as well.

i would contact the dev. from past experience, they respond to you and listen...
