pandora not workig

every other time i try to use Pandora ,primarily over 3g, it refuses to play or buffer it well but well buffer to ~8% then say loading and give up not play and just keep skpping and tryng all over again????

I had the same issue. Emailed Pandora and they said it has to deal with the Android 4.0.3/4.0.4 releases.
