Go to the market, open the downloads tap and look for pandora. It should give you the download/update notification. Click on the Pandora icon.

The splash screen is different. It was so plain and boring before. I didn't notice anything else. I'm sure it's more optimized and they fixed some force close issues

I always just add artists on the web and then on the mobile I can pick through them and also run the QuickMix which is my preferred method since I don't ever want just one kind of music.

The new version is working better for me than the previous one. Shorter transitions to new songs.

Open Pandora. At the bottom left, press the 4 lines. Once the new screen comes up, press menu and chose create station.

Features

• Froyo API: Audio Focus. Audio apps now have a notion of focus. When Pandora has focus other music apps (that conform to the new API) should stop playing and vice versa.
• Froyo API: SD card support. Can move Pandora to the SD card on Froyo devices.

Bug fixes

• Zombie UI - OS kills off the service part of our app, leaving the UI useless. Users had to quit the app to get going again. The app should start playing the station again after a few seconds of loading when returning to the UI.
• Null pointer - A timing issue with slow loading ads. An ad loaded right after the app was brought back to the foreground could cause a force close message.
• Sharing broken on Droid Incredible, Sprint Evo, others.
• Minor accessibility fix: On nowplaying, the play/pause/skip/thumbs and stations buttons did not announce their function. This makes it difficult for the blind users to navigate.
• General stability enhancements - Refactored several areas of the code to try to slim down our memory footprint.
• Double album art slide - in certain situations two slides of the album art were visible.
• Prevent double listing of stations in station list
• QVGA devices should now be able to download Pandora from market.
