Pansi SMS question

Hey, everybody, this is my first post outside of my introduction post, so please be gentle.

I use Pansi for my texting needs on my HTC Evo4G. I love it, it does everything I need it to, doesn't clutter with the things I don't need it for. However, I have a purely cosmetic complaint with it that's been driving me insane lately.

Whenever I open my conversation lists, or a single thread, I get a fat scroll tab, similar to the one you'd see when you are scrolling though the picture gallery. It appears when I open a thread, or when I open/close my keyboard. It covers up a portion of the screen, and often covers up part of my outgoing messages. Is there any way to remove it? I've looked all over the settings and came up empty. I thought it might be caused by displaying too many messages at once, but I also see no way to change the number of messages shown per thread.

I don't use Pansi, but you might want to send an email to the developers. Often good developers will respond quickly. If this issue isn't solved, I highly recommend Handcent SMS. I absolutely love it

Good call. I've emailed the dev. I'll post the response here as soon as I get it, in case anyone else wants to know. About handcent, I gave it a go. It was a good app, but just not my cup of tea. I really like Pansi's minimalist approach. Definitely no disrespect, though. If I wanted more meat to my SMS, I'm pretty sure Handcent would be my go to.
