Pantech Burst P9070 Startup Problem

Hi, I have a Pantech Burst P9070 and when its battery was empty, i put it on charge, after charging I tried to turn it on but after turning it on, it is stuck at the picture showing "AT&T"'s logo and "Rethink Possible" and it won't go forward.Please help needed.Thanking in advance.

Turn the phone off. Plug in the charger. Leave it charging for 24 hours. Then see if it works.
