Help pantech burst (P9070)

Okay guys I went on a vacation recently and I put my pantech burst into my pocket and when I took it out It brought me to the setup wizard so I went through it and it ended up delteting all of my apps. Do I tried to redownload my apps but no matter how good of internet I have it always says it won't download because servers won't connect. My phone also has grey internet bars. I try to download apps off the internet but when I try to install them it says "error: parshing error" so I can't download any apps at the moment. How do I fix any of this?

I think the best option you have on an unknown phone like that right now is to factory reset again and make sure you put in the correct login (gmail) details.
