Help Pantech Flex Data Issues?

Ok so I just got my flex yesterday and I'm still trying to figure out all the bloatware crap but I'm having issues with the data sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and its random. I can have one program like Google play working fine downloading stuff no problem but I try doing something like Netflix and it freaks out other times it the other way round. Is anyone else seeing similar issues?

Ok problem solved apparently AT&T took it upon themselves to remove my data plan from my account thus no data. A $25 dollar credit towards my account for them being stupid later and im back in business.

my unlocked flex suddenly had problems connecting via wi-fi. It kept timing out and showing download error 903. i did reset of phone and now it works fine.
Earlier yesterday, one of programs showed update avsilable, but then message said it was outside of play store. I went ahead with it, which i now know was a mistake.
never, ever download a program or update from other than google play store.
