I had to restore factory settings recently because my phone went crazy and wouldn't load the operating system. So now, when I'm on a call, I cannot access the keypad or the speakerphone button, and cannot end the call. Before the reset I could move the phone and it would light up and I could access the in-call screen....now it does nothing, and motion doesn't help it at all. PLEASE help me! I am starting to hate the phone because of this problem...and I have been in love with it since I got it! :/
